Accessibility Statement

How this website is made usable for everyone, what is known to fall short, and how to tell the firm about a problem.

JurisAxios Law wants everyone, including people who use assistive technology, to be able to read this website and contact the firm. This statement describes what has been done, what is known to fall short, and how to tell us about a problem.

Last updated: 6 November 2026

1. Standard we aim for

The website is built to follow the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at level AA, the standard referred to in the Guidelines for Indian Government Websites and used by Indian courts. The Rights of Persons with Disabilities Act, 2016 does not impose a binding standard on private websites; the firm follows WCAG voluntarily.

2. What has been done

  • Text and background colours meet the WCAG contrast ratio on every page, including the header over dark images and the links inside dark panels.
  • Every page can be used with a keyboard alone. Focus is visible, and the disclaimer notice shown on entry keeps focus inside it until a choice is made.
  • Headings are nested in order, images carry descriptive alternative text, and links describe their destination.
  • Text can be enlarged to 200 per cent in the browser without loss of content, and pages work at phone width without horizontal scrolling.
  • The enquiry form has labelled fields, marks required fields and reports errors in text.
  • No content flashes, autoplays or moves without a control, and animations respect the browser’s “reduce motion” setting.

3. Known limitations

Some judgments and statutes linked from the Insights articles are hosted on third-party sites, several as scanned PDF files, whose accessibility the firm does not control. The map link on the Contact page opens Google Maps, a third-party service. If a document you need is not accessible, the firm will provide the information in another form on request.

4. Alternative ways to reach the firm

You may telephone the chambers on +91 99583 17424 or +91 99717 42495 (Monday to Saturday, 10:00 to 18:00 IST), e-mail info@jurisaxios.com, or visit the chambers in New Delhi by appointment. Meetings by telephone or video call can be arranged for anyone who cannot travel, and the firm will accommodate requests for large-print or plain-text copies of its correspondence.

5. Reporting a problem

If any part of this website is difficult to use, please write to info@jurisaxios.com with the page address and a description of the problem. The firm aims to acknowledge accessibility reports within two working days and to fix confirmed problems in the next website update.
